To help us tailor your plan, we will send out a short questionnaire to get to know everything about you. We also require all potential clients to complete a quick Metabolic Health Screen survey.
Absolutely! All our plans are 100% customised to your dietary requirements and taste preferences.
Not at all. While meal plans are a great way to challenge you to diversify your palette, relieve mental labour associated with healthy eating and provide examples of optimal eating patterns, some people find them too restrictive. We will educate you and provide you with the tools required to eat well with and without meal plans.
You bet! We accept clients and athletes of all levels & lifestyles. A rigorous training schedule is not required to see results. All that’s required is a structured deficit in overall Calories.
