Courtney is a Sydney-based Performance Nutritionist who specialises in helping athletes fuel their potential. With experience in soccer, CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting and Endurance Running, she is passionate about helping people find tailored approaches to nutrition which are sustainable and enjoyable!

 What matters to us

We want to eliminate the confusion & noise that exists within the health industry. No fad diets, quick transformations or overpriced supplements, just good food that helps you live a long, healthy life with a reduced risk of disease and increased recovery and performance. We also celebrate the fact that looking like an athlete and eating like an athlete are not the same thing. 

Our approach to nutrition is simple. Eat more, not less. MORE fruit, MORE vegetables, MORE fibre, MORE of what you love. Because when you’re full and satisfied with good, healthy food, the occasional chocolate bar or burger becomes the icing on the cake of your healthy diet, rather than the foundation. That reminds us, how good is cake?!
